Roche Building Contractors was established in 2011 by me Michael Roche, but our experience in construction goes back much further.  It all started with my Grandfather (Derek Roche), who began building at a very young age. He became an established builder in the early 1960’s building beautiful family homes in the Eastbourne area.

My father, Simon Roche then went on to join his team where he gained his extensive knowledge, training and passion for building. He built upon this knowledge and expanded his skills to include plumbing, carpentry and joinery.

At an early age it was clear that I also shared the same enthusiasm for building. As soon as I was old enough, I went on to attend college and was on site learning the trade. Ever since I was a small boy it was my dream to own and run a business. I take great pride in our company’s ability to deliver high quality results and provide a service that my customers can depend on. We have built our reputation by word of mouth and return custom from previous clients who continue to use our company for further building projects. We have a varied customer base ranging from residential homeowners who are looking to modify their home to property developers seeking to renovate and convert houses.
